To view a form on your device, you'll need to install and log into the FastField App.
*Note: If you have not yet installed the FastField App on your device, please read our guide on the installation process.
After logging into the FastField App:
- Go to the Forms tab.
- Find your corresponding form and select it.
- Make sure your form has been Published Live from the Form Builder to see it on your mobile device.
- Please note that the In Progress tab has older versions of the same form. If you are trying to view your latest form, you need to start a new instance of your form in the Forms tab.
If you are still having issues viewing your form in the app, please verify the following:
- You have a valid internet connection either through WIFI or through a cellular network.
- You do NOT have the Work Offline switch selected on the login screen. After logging into the application, if you see a red wireless signal at the bottom of the app, you are working offline.
- Check if the form is assigned to your library.
