When accessing the Portal on your mobile device, you can still view, download and manage the data you need to keep your business running:
- View data & analytics
- View & manage your Dashboards, Submissions/Reports & Trend Alerts
- Manage forms
- View delivery activity, manage Global Workflow, create Lookup Lists & assign Custom Form Statuses
- Share forms
- Share forms to Libraries, re-dispatch Submissions & assign Tasks
- Manage your team
- Manage Users/User Groups, view User Activity & add Guest Users
- Manage your account
- Edit your company settings & billing info, enable Integrations & add Sub-Accounts
Note: The Form Builder and Report Builder are only compatible with a desktop or laptop device at this time.
Navigation Menu
The Portal navigation bar is designed for a smooth experience and optimal organization. Here's a breakdown:
- A multi-purpose New Button. This New Button is a shortcut to add a new Form, User, Task, Workflow, List, and more.
- Data & Analytics is where you find your Dashboards, Submissions, and Trend Alerts
- Trend Alerts (previously called Active Insight Monitoring, or AIM) is now under Data & Analytics. This is where you can set up and view your alerts based on aggregated data.
- Forms is where you can access and edit your forms, view Delivery Activity, build Custom Reports, and manage Custom Form Statuses.
- The Form Sharing area is where you'll access the different ways to share a form.
- Dispatch has been renamed to Tasks. You'll still see the word "Dispatch" throughout the Portal and Help Articles while we make the transition.
- To add Users and User Groups you'll access them under Team.
