We understand that there may be times when you need to update your email within FastField. Whether you no longer have access to the email address associated with your FastField account, switched to a new email provider, or just need a change in general -- don't stress! Changing your email is easy and can be done quickly through the Portal.
How to Change Your Account Email Address
- Log into the Portal using your user email and password.
- Go to Team > My Users > Users from the left navigation menu.
- On the Users page, locate the user whose email you'd like to update and select Actions > Edit.
- Enter the new email address in the Email field on the General tab.
How to Change Your Default Email Address for Email Integrations:
- In the Portal, go to Account > Company Settings from the left navigation menu.
- Go to the Email Settings tab to make these changes.
