We advise against submitting more than 500 photos per submission, as our support team officially supports up to this limit. However, clients have the option to exceed this limit at their own risk. These risks include potential issues with internet connection stability, which could lead to difficulties submitting your forms, especially in low connection areas. Additionally, large submissions may cause workflows, reports and downloads to fail. While we don't hard cap the number of photos, exceeding the supported limit increases the likelihood of encountering these issues. To ensure a smooth uploading experience while submitting your forms we advise that you keep the app open until all images are successfully uploaded and to minimize the number of photos for improved processing.
