Using Pre-Built Sample Forms or Starting From Scratch

When creating a new form in FastField, you can either start from scratch or use one of our pre-built sample templates.

 

Starting a Form From Scratch

1. Log into the Portal and go to Forms > My Forms from the left navigation menu.
2. On the Forms page, select + New Form in the top right corner, then + Form.
3. You're now in the Form Builder! There will be a blank slate for you to start building your custom form.

• • You can start by adding a field to your form from the Add Fields menu on the left.

 

Using a Pre-Built Sample Form:

If you aren't sure where to start, you can load a pre-built sample form. You can edit this form, customize it to your needs, and save it for yourself.

 

To access a sample template:

1. Log into the Portal and go to Forms > My Forms from the left navigation menu.
2. On the Forms page, select + New Form in the top right corner, then Sample.
3. A list of a variety of pre-built sample templates will appear for you to choose from. Select the sample template that best fits your needs.
4. Your sample template will now appear in the Form Builder for you to customize to your liking.

Need a Different Sample?

Feel free to request a different sample than what's offered. You can make your request on the Forms page of the Portal by selecting + New Form > Sample > Request a Different Sample, or contact us here.
