Internal Sharing
- Libraries: Load your forms directly into the mobile apps of your team members using our Libraries feature. Libraries help you keep your forms and users organized -- ensuring that everyone has easy access to the forms they need.
- Single Task (formerly Standard Dispatch): Need to send a specific form to a particular user? Our Single Task feature allows you to send a one-time form assignment to a user. You can even add specific instructions and pre-filled data related to the job. It's personalized and efficient!
- User Group Task: Use User Group Tasks to assign a task to a group of users for a specific form assignment. The task will appear in a shared group inbox for any member of the group to pick up and complete -- teamwork made easy!
External Sharing
Note: External sharing options are Add-On features, which you can enable if desired. Learn more about Add-On features and pricing.
- Shareable Links: Need to share forms with people outside your organization? No problem! FastField allows you to generate shareable links for your forms. External users can access your forms through a web browser, even if they don't have FastField accounts. It's a hassle-free way to gather information from clients, customers, or partners.
- QR Codes: You can also distribute forms using QR codes. Generate a unique QR code for each form and display it in a convenient location. When users scan the QR code with their mobile devices, it automatically launches the associated form in the FastField app, allowing them to quickly access and complete the form.
- Embedded Forms: Another option is to integrate or embed a form directly into a website. This allows users to access and fill out the form without leaving the webpage they are visiting. It provides a seamless experience and makes data collection easy for your website visitors.
