Configure a form as a Web Form to allow users to fill it out using a web browser. WebForms offer a convenient way to collect data from individuals who may not be registered as users within the FastField system or do not have access to mobile applications.
After you have built your form and published it live, you can configure it into a web form.
First, to publish your form to the web, go to your form in the FastField Form builder and click the advanced options button. Next, select "Setup Web Form."
Now, you will set up your form for the web by completing the menu below.
Toggle on and off the allowance of public submissions by using the check box. Upload a custom header logo for the form. Configure an auto-redirect timing and navigate users to a webpage upon completion by setting up a custom destination URL. Select an expiration date and time for the webform to be removed from the web automatically.
At the bottom of the menu you will see the anonymous URL. The anonymous URL will not prompt a user authentication process and is public to anyone that has access to the link.
You can also generate a unique QR code to launch the form from mobile devices.
