Form Version History
When building forms and collecting data in FastField, you will inevitably need to change or adjust your current published forms. Thankfully, you can view the form's version history under the details section of the form and revert to a previous historical version of the same form.
Find Your Form
To access the form version history, go to the "Forms" section of the FastField Portal.Next, find the form you are looking for by using the search bar and then click on the "Details" button of the corresponding form.
From this view you will be able to see what the current form version is at the top. If you continue to look you will be able to find the entire lifetime form history.
Find the Correct Version
Next, find the form version you are looking for in the Recent History. In this window, you will see the date the changes were completed and by whom. Hover and click on the version number to pull up the form.
Revert
Now, revert to the previous version of the form. When you click Revert, you will be using the older version of the form to create a newer version. This will not destroy historical versions in-between it will create a safe copy moving forward. For example, if I have ten versions of the form and want to revert to version 3, versions 4 through 10 will not be destroyed, but version 3 will be copied and will create a new version 11.
Note: The form must be published in order to be reverted to a previous version. You cannot revert to previous drafts.
