In FastField, in-progress forms are forms that you've started but haven't completed or submitted. They are automatically saved and stored in the In Progress section on the main menu of the FastField app.
This allows you to start a form without worrying about losing data if you need to close it to perform another task or take a break. Just go to the In Progress section of the app and re-open it to continue where you left off. Since in-progress forms are stored locally, however, you'll need to use the same device that you started the form with to continue.

What Are In-Progress Forms?
In-progress forms are forms that have been opened, started, or edited but have not been submitted. If you open a form and close out of it before submitting, it will appear in the In Progress section of the app by default.
Local Storage and Limitations
In-progress forms are stored locally on the device where they were opened. As a result, they are confined to the specific device they were started on and cannot sync or transfer to other devices.
If a form is created on one device and needs to be continued or submitted on another, users can manually input the data on the form on the second device or use a forward action.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Why can't in-progress forms sync across multiple devices?
A: In-progress forms are stored locally on the device they originate from to maintain data integrity.
Q: What should I do if I need to work on a form across multiple devices?
A: In this case, you can manually input the data or recreate the form on the second device.
