Downloading Reports and Submissions with Different Media Types

Overview

FastField lets you download reports and submissions in a variety of formats (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, XML, and JSON), along with any related media files.
Downloading reports and submissions in your preferred media types can be useful for a variety of reasons. It allows you to keep records for compliance purposes, share information with others, and access data offline.

How to Download Reports & Submissions as Different Media Types

  1. Log into the Portal using your user email and password.
  2. Go to Data & Analytics > Submissions from the left navigation menu.
  3. On the Submissions page, find the submission you want to download and click Actions > Download.Screenshot_2023-05-05_at_10.04.09_AM.png
  4. In the Download menu, select Download Media at the bottom.
    • This will allow you to download a report + its related media files.Screen_Shot_2022-08-02_at_10.57.40_AM.png
  5. Select the format in which you want to download the report (e.g., PDF, Excel, CSV) that comes with the media files.
    • To only download the media files of the report (without the report itself), select Media Files.Screen_Shot_2022-08-02_at_10.57.47_AM.png
  6. Optional: For bigger downloads that may take longer to process, you can select Email me when it is finished to receive an email notification when the form is ready to be downloaded.Screenshot_2023-05-05_at_10.13.15_AM.png
  7. After it has been processed, you'll be able to save the files locally.
