View real-time asset locations by connecting Data Tables that include GPS coordinates. Each asset appears as a clickable pin with detailed information.
Who is the closest available technician?
See all checked-in team members on the map. Identify the nearest technician to a job site and dispatch work directly from their location.
What is my technician working on?
Open a team member’s profile to view a live timeline of:

Use rules-based pin styling to visually highlight asset conditions. For example, change a pin color to red when maintenance is required.

Prerequisites
Before using Asset & Team Tracking, ensure the following requirements are met:
FastField Pro Plan
This feature is available exclusively on the FastField Pro Plan.
Core plan users do not have access
Pro trial users can access the feature during the trial period
Asset Tracking Beta Enabled
An admin must enable Asset Tracking in:
Company Settings → Betas → Asset Tracking Toggle
This will activate the Tracking section in the portal.
Data Tables with Location Data
Create Data Tables that include:
Asset records
Latitude/Longitude fields for mapping
Additional fields (status, type, etc.) for display
FastField Mobile App Installed
Field users must have the FastField Mobile App installed on iOS or Android.
This is required for:
Location tracking
Check-in/check-out functionality
Breadcrumb tracking
User Groups Configured
Organize users into User Groups before setting up team layers.
Each team layer is tied to:
