Subforms
When using the report builder, you may run into situations where you need to display subform data into the PDF report. Subforms are useful for inputting repeating similar data points. To learn more about the uses and applications of building a subform, click here. Or, to add a table to your current table into your form, click here.
The subform section of you form will be clearly marked in field column on the left of the report builder with a yellow folder.
When adding your subform fields to your table, you will need to go to the field settings and change the instance number of each field input. Determining the instance number will differentiate your subform inputs in chronological order as recorded.
