Overview
FastField makes it easy to manage and access all your forms, subforms, and submitted forms from the FastField WebPortal. To fill out and submit forms, you can use the FastField mobile app or web app.
How to Access Forms From the Portal
To access your forms in the Portal:
- Select Forms > My Forms in the left navigation menu.
- Here, you can view and manage your forms (main forms) and subforms. Use the following functions for easy access:
- Search: Use the search bar to locate a specific form or subform.

- Forms & Subforms pages: Select Forms or Subforms in the left navigation menu to go to the respective pages.

- New Form button: Create new forms by selecting the New Form or New Subform button on the top right of the Forms and Subforms pages.
How to Access Forms From the Mobile App
You can fill out and submit forms via the web app or the mobile app on iOS or Android.
There are multiple ways to access forms from the mobile app. Choose any of the following options from the main menu screen of the app:

- Form Libraries: View all your forms in your account's Libraries.
- Forms: View all form templates you have access to.
- Inbox: View dispatches/tasks that have been sent to you.
