To locate a form that you've already built or started to build:
1. Go to Forms > My Forms in the left navigation menu of the Portal.
2. Select Forms if you are looking for a main form or Subforms if you are looking for a subform.
3. You can now use any of the following options to find your form:

- Use the search bar at the top of the page.
- Filter (in table/list view) by selecting a column heading.
