Overview
Forward Cycle is a delivery action that allows you to forward a submitted form to another user for editing. It promotes collaboration by enabling users in the forward cycle to contribute their input or make necessary edits before passing the form to the next user until the form has been marked as Complete.
Forward Cycle is useful for forms that require multiple contributors or different levels of review and approval. Here are some common use cases:
- Review/Approval: Multiple individuals or departments can review and provide feedback or approval before a form is marked Complete.
- Team collaboration: Team members can add their own information or complete specific sections of the form before forwarding it to the next person.
