When creating a custom report in Microsoft Word, there are a few specific limitations for you to consider. Please reference the following list if you run into any issues:
- Word reports cannot be viewed in the mobile app.
- Word 2010 or later is required if you want to edit subform or repeating section tables in your custom Word template.
- No subforms can be contained within repeating sections or repeating sections within subforms.
- Field keys cannot be put in headers or footers.
- There is currently no way to auto-convert a custom Word template to a PDF.
- Word 2016 or later is required for displaying Dynamic Checkboxes.
- Dynamic Checkboxes do not work when they are within a subform.
- Dynamic Checkboxes do not work when they are within a repeating section.
