Within your account your form workflows and delivery actions with integrations can be located in three locations:
Individual Form Delivery
Delivery actions can be configured on an individual form from within the online form builder in the portal. Just click on the Delivery button in the form builder and configure your post submission actions. You must access this area to make changes to create and delete new integrations and workflows.
Individual Form Workflows
Once you have your form is created, we can add a workflow action. To begin, select Global Workflow option tab in the side menu, and then click +New Workflow.
First, name your workflow something that makes sense for you. Next, choose the form that this workflow action will apply to. Choose the individual form and create an action set to email the administrator. Keep in mind there are a variety of actions to choose from at this stage.
Global Form Workflows
Accessing the Global Workflow Feature shown above you can make an adjustment to apply a workflow so that it will trigger when ANY form in your account is submitted by clicking one option in the dropdown menu. This way the workflow is set up to send an email to the Administrator every time a form is completed.
