When setting up your forms for global workflow, it is necessary to organize and label your field keys universally. If your field keys are not in sync, the data will not be able to be seen or processed globally when defined as a condition.
When setting up a condition in a workflow, you can add a governing variable based on the field key indicator. For example, if you want to set up a workflow action based on the inspection scores in the entirety of the account. You would need to label all inspection scores inside each form as $inspectionscore$ for the data to be accessed and analyzed account-wide.
To label your field keys, you must first go to the forms section portal open up your form and click on the field that you need to name. Go to the general settings menu and rename the field key so it matches all identical fields within your account that handle the inspection score.
