Multiple Report Templates

With FastField, you can download and deliver a single form submission using multiple Custom PDF Report Templates.

To download a form submission as one or more of your Custom PDF Report templates:

1. Make sure you've created at least one Custom PDF Report Template in theReport Builder.
2. Go to Data & Analytics > Submissions in the Portal.
3. Find your form and click Actions > Download.
4. Select PDF-Options to access your custom templates from the Report Builder.

5. After you click the PDF-Options button, click the Report Builder Template switch to access your custom template options. Then, a dropdown selector will appear where you can choose your template.

Additionally, you can set up a single form submission to be delivered through multiple report templates. To set this up:

1. Open up your form in the Form Builder and click on the Delivery button. 

2. Set up your DeliveryActions. In the example below, we want to send the full inspection report to Dropbox and email the Equipment List to a user simultaneously. 

3. Choose your template from the Report Builder Template dropdown list for each Delivery Action. You can repeat this step indefinitely to deliver a multitude of diverse reports to different endpoints.
