You can submit forms via the web application or the mobile app on iOS or Android.
To complete your form from the mobile app:
- Click on the Forms button
- Next, click on the form you want to complete. Then press Start Form.
- After you have completed your form, hit the blue submit button in the top right-hand corner. Then, confirm your submission by clicking the OK button.
