Fastfield has the capability to automatically deliver of completed reports to an email destination. Use automated email delivery to send reports to clients, support, the submitter, QC, managers etc as soon as a form is submitted.
Examples: On form submit send a copy of the form to multiple destination including; client, submitter, and supervisor.
Email Automation Through Individual Form Rules
1) From the Form Builder select
2) Drag -n- Drop the Actions from the left into the "Form Submit Actions" box. Common options include:
+ Email Submitter (will email the user that submitted the form)
+ Email From Field (email from a field in the form)
+ Email External (email to a set email address)
3) Select what type of report / data is to be delivered
Email Automation Through Global Workflow
To automate email delivery through all form submissions simultaneously, you can create a Global Workflow to accomplish this. To begin, log into the Fastfield Portal and select Global Workflow in the side menu, and then click +New Workflow.
First, name your workflow something that makes sense for you. Next, choose the form that this workflow action will apply to. You have the option to either choose an individual form or have this apply to all forms in your account. Next, add the email options from the drop down list. Keep in mind there are a variety of actions to choose from at this stage. Finally, you can optionally set custom conditions for the workflow to trigger.
