Assigning Account Permissions
Team Editor
Team Editors allow non-admin users to manage other users on the account, including adding and deleting users and editing user roles.
Team Editors cannot create, edit, or remove admin roles. This limitation ensures that admin privileges remain secure while still empowering Team Editors to efficiently manage their teams.
Builder
Builders can access the Form Builder to create forms, as well as the Forms page within the FastField Portal. Builders also have access to list data and can update, download, and delete lists.
Collector
Analyst
Analysts can view and download data on the Submissions page, with the added capability to edit submissions as well. In the Dashboards tab, they can create custom analytics views by adding cards, using data posted by the Collector to tailor visual insights.
Dispatcher
Dispatchers can dispatch forms to one or more users and manage active, pending, and completed dispatches from the Dispatch page. Dispatchers can also recall and reassign active dispatches.
Viewer
Viewers can view and build Dashboards. Viewers can construct unique data views by assembling cards in Dashboards or accessing other users' Dashboards through Dashboard sharing.
List Editor
List Editors can create and edit Global Lists and Lookup Lists from the List section of the FastField Portal. The List Editor can create and modify list data, such as customer lists and inventory data.
Librarian
Librarians can access and manage the Libraries section. They can create/delete libraries, assign/unassign users to libraries, and assign/unassign forms to Libraries. The Librarian controls what forms are visible to individual users and groups of users.
Administrator
Administrators (Admin) have full administrative rights to the FastField Portal and can create and edit new users and adjust the general account settings.
