To edit a user’s access or permissions, go to the "Team" tab in the FastField Portal and select "Users".
Here you will be able to see the unique information to each user, such as their last login, role, and if they have two-factor authentication enabled.
To edit a user’s access, click the action button. Next, click the edit option.
You will then load the user details screen. From here, click on the roles tab.
From the roles tab, you can toggle switches to determine the amount of access that the user has by assigning it the proper roles. When you have assigned the correct roles, make sure to click Save in the top right corner. Learn more about user roles and permissions.
