For New Users:
- Log into the Portal and go to Account > Company Billing using the navigation menu.
- On the Company Billing page, select Subscribe Now.
- Select Annual under Payment Plans.
- If you have the External Forms add-on enabled you will need to select a plan before proceeding:
- Enter your desired number of user seats and the required billing information. (User seats refers to the maximum amount of users you think you’ll add to your account. You can always add more user seats on a prorated basis. Users can be added and removed to those seats as needed at no extra charge; however, your number of users cannot exceed your number of user seats. You will not be refunded for removing user seats).
- Lastly, input your preferred payment method. Pricing is subject to change.
