Overview
At the top of the left navigation menu in the Portal is a search bar. You can use this to search for any of your forms, files, and data contained within the Portal.
While most pages in the Portal also have a search bar for that page, this main search function is a quick and easy way to find anything inside the Portal without having to go to a specific page.
How to Perform a Search
- Select the Search... button at the top of the left navigation menu in the Portal.
- Type your search query into the box at the top of the Search window.
- Under Include In Search, use the switches to toggle parameters that will narrow or broaden your search results.

- Users, Forms, Libraries, and Lists can be included or removed from your search results.

Using Search Results and Applying Them as Filters
In certain areas of the Portal, search results can be transformed into filters and applied to the data table. For example, if you want to see only the sample form submissions, you can search sample in the submissions search bar and then click the Add Filter button to apply.
