NOTE: This feature is part of the External Forms optional Add-on. You will need to enable this feature at an additional cost in the billing section of your account. Please note there is an additional charge for submissions from the External Dispatch, submissions from users will not affect this cost. For pricing details you will need to contact your account manager. Once you have enabled this feature any user with the role of Admin or Dispatcher will be able to send dispatches to individuals that are not set up as users on your account.
This article will explain how you can dispatch your forms to individuals that are not currently set up as users in your account. Any Admin can enable this feature on the account through the, by selecting the "Dispatch to External Party" option:
The recipients will receive an email with an authenticated link to complete the form from the Web App. By default only the Web App link will be sent in the email, however you can configure these settings in the Email section of the Account Settings to send links to open the mobile app if it is installed on the recipients device:
The link that is sent through email is only good for a single submission, the recipient will not be able to submit the dispatch multiple times.
