Use the No-Code Form Building Tool
You can start by collecting basic information such as the name of the inspection site and location. In this example, the GPS/Location, static text, and single-line text fields collect data.

Suppose you have a situation where you have a set of sites you inspect regularly. In that case, you can use lookup lists and options lists to select from saved data set of worksites to reduce error and make sorting forms easier in analytics.
This example has created a repeating series of three basic field types with some additional rules and modifications. The Yes/No/NA, Multi-Photo, and Long Text fields are used to identify and describe and record onsite safety issues.

Use Conditional Logic and Rules
The Yes/No/NA field is added with two conditions. This form contains rules that will prompt the user for additional information/photos when inspection failures occur. The shield icon with the checkmark indicates that the field must be filled out to complete the form. You can toggle this feature on to ensure that all pertinent data is input before finalizing the report. The chess piece icon indicates that rules are modifying this field. You can conditionally show fields or sections in forms to streamline data collection and to prompt actions based on predetermined conditions to ensure your technician has completed the inspection is a necessary step for quality control.
A simple way to finalize an inspection is to certify the job is complete with an acknowledgment field and collect an inspector's electronic signature.
