To reassign a dispatch, go to the Dispatch tab in the Portal.
You will be able to view all of your dispatches in this table view. You can find the dispatch you are looking to recall by using the search bar or sorting through the table. You can additionally add filters to the table to find what you are looking for faster and easier in the future.
Once you have found your dispatch, click on the action button and then choose reassign.
Once you have clicked the reassign button. Select the new user from the dropdown menu to send the dispatch to. The reassignment will include the editable text fields for the dispatch name and message. You can also choose to send an email notification to the new and old recipients of the dispatch by clicking the switch icon at the bottom of the reassignment form.
