There is a filters panel on the right side of the screen where you can filter your submissions by form, date, submitter, etc. You can quickly and efficiently add or remove filters as you need, or change an existing filter. You can also save and retrieve frequently used filters. However the filters can only be seen by the user that created the filters, at this time we do not have the ability to share these filters with other users. When viewing all submissions of All Forms you won't be able to filter based on field value, however if you filter your submissions to a single form then you can filter off the value of a specific field.
Add or Remove columns
You can manage which columns and data you want displayed by adding or removing different columns as desired. You can also rearrange your columns by dragging and dropping in the column selection view. As noted above if you are viewing submissions of All Forms you will be limited to just a few columns, however if you are just viewing submissions of a specific form you can add fields from your form to the displayed table.
Export Data Buttons
Export buttons will now be on the bottom of the Submission Activity screen. Once you filter your submissions by a specific form as desired, you can export them into Excel, you are limited to 1500 submissions in a single Excel export.
