1. We are making changes to the Create Form Dispatch Action
If you do not use the Create Form Dispatch Action then you can skip down to the next section to see if it applies to your zap.
We are making changes, as directed by Zapier, to the "Dispatch Recipient(s)" (see photo below). We used to only allow a single recipient, now you will be able to add more than one if desired. However even if you only have a single recipient, you will still need to go back to your zap and redo the entire "Set Up Template" step. We know this may be time consuming for some users. The best way to do this is to go to your "Set Up Template" step, select a different form, and then re-select your desired form. This will refresh the page with the "Dispatch Recipients" input where you can add your desired user(s) by selecting the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons like the screenshot below. You will need to finish this step by adding the rest of your desired fields.
2. We are modifying the response properties after a successful Create Form Dispatch Action
If you do not use the 'objectId' and 'createdAt' properties for subsequent zaps then you can skip to the next section to see if it applies to you
We are making a change to the properties of a successful response from the Create Form Dispatch Action. This is what the old response looked like.
This is what it is going to be changed to below
To summarize, we are removing "code" and it's value as well as the "data" container. "createdAt" and "objectId" will be the sole response properties.
3. We are modifying the response properties after a successful Global or Lookup List Update
If you do not use the successful response properties after a Global or Lookup List update then this change will not apply to you
Similarly to the previous change, we are modifying the response after a successful Global and Lookup List Update. There will no longer be a "code" property. We are also making a few more changes to the property names and what is returned. Here is an example of our old successful response
and here is what we will be returning after the change goes live
As you can see we are adding "ListId" and returning a direct value rather than a description. We are also adding a new property "ListName" and it's corresponding value.
