Dispatch Status Definitions

Here are the definitions of the statuses you will see in our "View Dispatches (BETA)" area of the Portal

 

Dispatched – Status of a form that has been dispatched to a user, but has not been accessed / retrieved on the recipient’s device.

 

On Device – Status of a dispatched form that has been retrieved via the recipient’s Inbox on their device.

 

Started - Status of a dispatched form that has been opened on the recipient’s device.

 

Late - Status of a dispatched form that has not been submitted by the specified due date. NOTE: Currently, due dates can only be set via the FastField API and Dispatch Wizard.

 

Completed - Status of a dispatched form that has been completed and submitted by the recipient.

 

No Status – this will only be set for dispatches that were dispatched using our legacy system.
