How to delete a user in your account

This article will explain how to delete or remove a user from within your FastField account. You will need to have an admin role/privileges to delete a user.

 

1. Login to the FastField administration portal http://manage.fastfieldforms.com/Account/Login

2. Go to the Account tab

3. Go to the Users tab

4. On the users tab it will show all of the users that you currently have on your account. Next to each user you will see an edit button and a delete (x) button.

5. Select the Delete button to delete the user

One thing to note about deleting a user is that it will not delete any data associated with that user on the admin portal. All libraries, forms, submissions etc will remain on the account.

 

TO DELETE A USER FROM A SUB ACCOUNT

1. Login to the administration portal

2. Go to the Account tab

3. Go to the SubAccount tab

4. Find and Select the Sub Account that you would like to delete a user from

5. Once you are in the correct Sub Account follow steps 2 - 5 at the top of this article to remove a user
