Email Delivery and FTP / SFTP Troubleshooting

Occasionally our users run into issues with either emails not getting delivered or FTP / SFTP integration not going through. Below are a few steps troubleshooting tips to help you get started.

Email Delivery Troubleshooting Tips

1. Check your Spam/Junk Folders. Sometimes your mail can be pushed into your junk and spam folders.

2. If you think your emails are getting blocked, you can try adding sendgrid.net and sendgrid.com to your list of white-listed email servers

3. Additionally, you can also whitelist our sending IP address: 192.254.122.128

FTP / SFTP Troubleshooting Tips

1. In some cases, there may be firewalls setup for a receiving server, in which case you may need to allow for transmissions from our sending server. If you white-list this IP address it should clear up that issue. IP address: 137.116.119.15
