How do I Change my Account Name?

If you would like to change your account name you are in the right place. Most often, your "account name" will be represented by the name of your company, or other similar organization. This is not to be confused with changing your user name... which can be done easily as well. 

1. Make sure you are logged into your Fastfield account Portal

2. On the top of the page, click on the "Account" tab

 

3. Your account name is the first account setting in the "General" section. Just re-type in the NEW name of your account

4. Finish the Process by clicking the "Save" button on the top right of the General Section.

 

 

By following this process you have successfully changed your account name!
