If a form has already been submitted but has errors or needs further work to be done on it, you can dispatch the form back out to a user or even edit it right in the FastField Web Portal.
Dispatching a Submitted Form
- Log in to the FastField Admin Portal
- Go to the Submissions Tab
- Click on the “Action” button to the left of the submission you would like to re-dispatch for editing.
- Select from the dropdown list your specified user or users or start typing in the user's email address (s) you would like to re-dispatch your form to. If you are typing, the field will auto-populate a list of possible users. You can also enter more than one external user's email address separated by commas (Warning: you may be billed for each submission).
- Once you have added your desired users, fill out the message info: Dispatch Name, Dispatch In-App Message, Dispatch Email Subject, and Dispatch Email Message; Or you can keep it as the default message that populates.
- Here, you can customize the message that users receive in the email notification and the app. Once you have finished customizing your message, click the dispatch button to finalize the dispatch.
Editing a Form From the Web Portal
1) From the same Submissions page shown above, click on the "Action" button next to the submission you would like to edit.
2) Select "Edit Submission" to open the form editor. From here, you to make any changes you need right inside of the FastFIeld Web Portal.
NOTE: Both Edit Submission and Dispatch Submission will not create new submissions but will allow you to make edits to the existing submission. This means that no new entries will be created, but these submissions will replace the old submission.
